๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐๐ฅ ๐๐๐๐๐ซ๐๐ง๐๐ ๐๐ข๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ฅ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐๐๐ง๐ญ๐ซ๐ (๐๐๐๐) organized 6-day training of trainers on Simulation based Education in collaboration of Indian Nursing Council from 07/08/2023- 12/08/2023.
The guest and participants were welcomed by ๐๐ฌ. ๐๐ง๐ฎ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฏ๐๐ซ, ๐๐๐๐ข๐๐ข๐๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐ข๐ซ๐๐๐ญ๐จ๐ซ ๐๐๐๐. Twenty eight (28) faculty members from Government and Private Nursing Institutes of #UttarPradesh , #gujarat,#maharashtra,#chhattisgarh,#newdelhi,#karnataka, #MadhyaPradesh,and from #rajasthan attended the training.
The 6-days training started with a pre-test and included PPT presentations on the circle of learning, adult learning techniques, characteristics of the trainer, use of a checklist and OSCE, decision making, introduction to simulation, and video sessions on Greyโs anatomy, assumptions, concept and scope of nursing and video-based simulation.
Participants also received hands-on practice on the use of checklists & OSCE, case studies, and advocacy inquiry in different groups. Participants conducted simulation sessions independently under the guidance of NRSC trainers from Day 4 to 6. It was followed by a discussion on action planning, post-test and collecting feedback on the training.
The training was concluded with a Valedictory session which was graced by Ms. Anu Grover, Officiating Director NRSC. Certificates were distributed to the participants by Ms. Anu Grover, Officiating Director, NRSC and the team.
