NRSC organized 6-day training of trainers on Simulation based Education in collaboration of INC from 6/6/2022- 11/6/2022. The guest and participants were welcomed by Ms. Anu Grover, Officiating Director NRSC followed by virtual inaugural address by Chief guest Dr. T. Dileep Kumar, President, INC. 19 Faculties from different nursing institutes of Punjab, AP, Karnataka, Kerala, Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, UP, Gujrat, and Haryana attended the training.
The training started with pre-test followed by various Power point presentation and video sessions. Participants also received hands-on practice and conducted simulation sessions independently. On 6th day action planning, post-test and training feedback were taken.
The valedictory session was graced by Dr. N. C. Chandra, Dean Medical Research, SGTU. Feedback was given by the participants followed by report of Training of Trainers by the Course Director, Ms. Ritu Yadav. Certificates were distributed to the participants by Chief Guest and Officiating Director, NRSC.
Participants highly appreciated the training.
Looking forward to conducting more training in near future.
