Onsite Skill standardization and simulation training

The 8th batch of five days, “𝗢𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴” for capacity building of Midwifery faculty in India was conducted at National Reference Simulation Centre, organized by 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐍𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥 𝐢𝐧 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐔𝐍𝐅𝐏𝐀 from 20.06.2022-24.06.2022.

𝐌𝐬. 𝐀𝐧𝐮 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫, 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫, 𝐍𝐑𝐒𝐂, SGT University addressed the participants during the inauguration followed by the virtual address of Dr. T. Dileep Kumar, Indian Nursing Council. Twenty-four (24) participants from private and Government institutes of Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Puducherry, Andhra Pradesh, Punjab, Maharashtra, Assam, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Jammu Kashmir, Manipur from India.

Lt. Col. Mrs. Saroj Mahanta, Chief Nursing Superintendent, SGT Hospital, 𝐒𝐆𝐓 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐆𝐮𝐫𝐮𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦, 𝐌𝐬. 𝐀𝐧𝐮 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫, 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫, 𝐍𝐑𝐒𝐂, 𝐒𝐆𝐓 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 of the training concluded the training with certificate distribution in the valedictory function.

Faculty highly appreciated the training, felt empowered with the skills upgradation and were confident to impart the essential midwifery skills to their students. 

Looking forward to conducting such training in future.
